Adeseun Ogundoyin Polytechnic Eruwa Urges Graduates to Collect Over 13,000 Unclaimed Certificates Before Deadline

 

The management of Adeseun Ogundoyin Polytechnic Eruwa (AOPE) has called on its graduates to urgently collect their unclaimed certificates.

In an official announcement dated April 14, 2026, the institution disclosed that over 13,000 certificates belonging to graduates remain uncollected.

Affected Academic Sessions

The notice is directed at graduates from the 2014/2015 to 2023/2024 academic sessions, covering both National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) programmes.

Deadline for Collection

According to the statement, all affected graduates are advised to visit the institution and collect their original certificates on or before May 31, 2026.

The management warned that failure to meet the deadline will attract a penalty before the certificates can be issued.

Call for Urgent Action

The institution emphasized the importance of prompt action, urging all concerned individuals to treat the notice with urgency.

The announcement was signed by the Registrar, Funmilayo Bosede Akintunde.

Graduates are encouraged to take advantage of this window to secure their certificates and avoid additional charges or delays.
