Governor of Oyo State, Seyi Makinde, has approved the appointment of Mrs. Adenike Ayobami Fasina as the new Head of the Oyo State Civil/Public Service.
Mrs. Fasina succeeds Mrs. Olubunmi Olufunke Oni, mni, who recently retired from service after years of meritorious contributions to the state.
The newly appointed Head of Service hails from Eruwa and joined the Oyo State Civil Service in the year 2000. Over the years, she rose through the ranks to become Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Finance.
An accomplished administrator and member of the National Institute (mni), Mrs. Fasina is also a two-time recipient of the Oyo State Merit and Productivity Award, in recognition of her dedication and outstanding performance in public service.
In addition to the appointment, Governor Makinde also approved the appointment of 20 new Executive Secretaries and General Managers across various agencies within the state public service.
The appointments are expected to further strengthen governance and improve service delivery across Oyo State.
